The years of study, practice, teaching and contemplation gave birth to the Re-Inspire Breathwork Methodology: a comprehensive, progressive training program that merges modern science (nervous-system regulation, CO2 tolerance, functional breathing) with ancient elemental wisdom. Nature’s map guides us step-by-step—from grounding safety to profound liberation—so you (or your clients) can go deep without getting lost.

Will I receive a certification upon completion of each course and be able to share breathwork with my clients?

Yes. Upon completion of Level 1 course and scoring 75% or more on the 25 question test you will receive a Level 1 Re-Inspire Breathwork Practitioner Training Certification. You will be certified to share the principles and exercises within this training. To receive Level 2 certification, Level 1 must be completed along with 9 months of Level 2, in person immersion and accompanying training material

Do I have to complete Level 1 training before Level 2 training?

Yes. Completion of Level 1 course is required before moving on to Level 2 breathwork training. Either taking the self following course at your own pace or join one of the live cohorts

Is this course only meant for people who want to be breathwork instructors?

No. It’s intended to be consumed by a wide range of people in the wellness space and even those who are inspired to live a full life! Therapists, coaches, trainers, yoga teacher, healers and athletes will all find value from the material within this course.

Does this training follow IBF (International Breathwork Federation guidelines?

Yes. Upon completion of both levels of training, in person immersive and take home material, the hours and training material included in this training abide by IBF standards.

Is there a different price purchasing Level 1 & 2 separately?

Yes. Bundling the two together locks you in to the $3,999 for Level 1 & 2 including 8 days in Guatemala. Purchasing separately increases the total price to $4,999 (payment plans can be arranged for convenience)

Is there a capacity for Level 2 training?

Yes. Level 2 will be capped at 12 participants to keep the integrity of the group intimate and to maximize space for our immersive training in Guatemala.
